Jace Richards is an attorney with experience in the areas of bankruptcy, securities, intellectual property, personal and corporate taxation, trusts and estates (including conservatorship and guardian ad litem), residential and commercial real estate transactions, corporate law, and commercial transactions. Jace also practiced civil defense litigation in the areas of insurance defense, medical malpractice defense, and general commercial litigation. Before joining SOS, Jace practiced in Washington, D.C., where he worked on large-scale investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Securities and Exchange Commission, and he also worked for the oversight agency of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac on the 2009 multi-district litigation against three former Fannie Mae executives.

Jace joined SOS in 2009 and currently serves as General Counsel for the company. Jace assists at all stages of client involvement by identifying and navigating through the multitude of legal issues that SOS faces on a daily basis.
